PRESIDENT
D. CARL JACKSON DDS
Dr. D. Carl Jackson is a private practice oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Nashville, Tennessee. He is a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and an active member of the Tennessee Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Association. Dr. Jackson is committed to advancing leadership, professional advocacy, and mentorship within the specialty. In addition to his clinical practice, he volunteers at Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry and remains dedicated to strengthening the future of oral and maxillofacial surgery through service and collaboration.

DR. JOYCE JEFFRIES
Dr. Joyce Jeffries is a private practice oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Albuquerque, New Mexico at Cottonwood Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. She is committed to advancing excellence within the specialty through leadership, collaboration, and service. As Secretary of NSOMS, Dr. Jeffries supports the organization’s mission to strengthen professional advocacy, economic sustainability, and mentorship for its members. She looks forward to contributing to the continued growth and strategic development of the society.

LEROY LOVING DDS, MD
Dr. Leroy Loving is a private practice oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Decatur, Georgia, serving the greater Atlanta area. He is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and earned his MD degree from Howard University following his training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Loving has long been recognized as a respected leader within the specialty and remains committed to advancing professional excellence and mentorship. He is an active member of the Georgia Society of Oral Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
