Dr. Cecilia Brown is an accomplished oral and maxillofacial surgeon and Captain in the U.S. Navy, currently serving in Jacksonville, FL. She made history as the first African American female to complete a U.S. Navy Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency. With a strong foundation in clinical excellence and leadership, Dr. Brown supports NSOMS in advancing advocacy, mentorship, and professional growth within the specialty.

Dr. Leroy Loving is a private practice oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Decatur, Georgia, serving the greater Atlanta area. He is board certified in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and earned his MD degree from Howard University following his training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Loving has long been recognized as a respected leader within the specialty and remains committed to advancing professional excellence and mentorship.
