It is in deepest sadness, we announce the passing of Dr. Robert Edward Mines III. A brilliant, oral surgeon educated
through HBCUs, Morehouse College, Clark University and Meharry Medical College, Nashville, TN, where he obtained his
medical degree, specializing in dentistry.
